All the gears are helical precision cut, hardened and ground running in acontinual bath of oil. The main spindle is made of high alloy steel and mounted in precision taper rollerbearings. The control panel is easy to use and is designed for operator convenience. The wide bedways are made of stabilized cast iron, ground and hardened for a lifetime of use. The universal gear boxdelivers a broad range of feed and thread selections and each machine can do both inch and metricthreads.
